Sekiziyivu is a Certified public accountant with over 12 years’ of experience in auditing and accountancy work. He holds a post graduate degree obtained from Uganda Management Institute, CPA-U and ATCU in Uganda, East Africa. He has strong practical skills in project management, Taxation, business advisory, restructuring and audit services. Sekiziyivu is also a well-known lecturer for CPA papers at Harvest training Institute and Multitech Business College in Kampala. He has successfully led assignments in audits of Insurance, manufacturing, local government, International funding and other service sectors.

Sumayiya is a licensed advocate of the high court and all courts of judicature in Uganda. She has great experience of over 9 years in the legal fraternity as a defense and representative attorney. She has executed critical assignments in corporate and commercial law, land, family and domestic arbitrations. Sumayiya is the company’s lead in legal assignments.

Simon Peter is a certified fraud examiner, a member of the Associations of Certified Fraud examiners and chapter member of the ACFE Philadelphia. He has over 10 years in accounting and fraud examination. He has handled critical assignments that require fraud examination skill sets, auditing and accounting for both profit and nonprofit sectors. He is the company's lead in fraud investigation, coverts and other scam investigation.
